Introduction Welcome to Resurrection Baptist Church! Are you a believer in Jesus Christ? Then you have everlasting life, by grace through faith alone! John 11:25-26 (25)  Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: (26)  And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? Now we need to seek the coming first resurrection! Revelation 20:6 (6)  Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. We must do whatever it takes to attain to this coming kingdom: Philippians 3:8-11 (8)  Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, (9)  And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: (10)  That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; (11)  If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. The way will be hard: Hebrews 11:33-35 (33)  Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, (34)  Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. (35)  Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: But he will give us the power to overcome. 1 Peter 1:3-5 (3)  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, (4)  To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, (5)  Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
