When ten of the disciples got angry over James and Jon's request for position, Jesus rebuked them all and used His own life to show how greatness in the Kingdom is measured by service to others, not the exercise of power. Because God's kingdom is measured in this way -- by the way you serve, not the power you wield, we as followers of Christ must give ourselves freely in service to others -- just as Christ Who gave Himself for us.
