The knowledge of Christ that we have must be reflected in our character and behavior, or it is in vain. For this we need Divine assistance! Paul prays that the Philippians' love would abound in knowledge and all judgment. He prays that love would govern their judgements. Knowledge and judgment conducted in love puts all things in the right persective. This is a love that is profitable and beneficial to others.
