Walking in victory as a believer is only possible as we crucify our flesh and walk in the power of the Holy Spirit. We can't manufacture the fruit of the Spirit, we can't fake it til we make it. Some people try in their own power to be righteous and holy and they fail miserably. Jesus said we shouldn't try..we should deny and crucify and rather walk empowered by the Holy Spirit. He will do the amazing work through us as we choose to surrender to Jesus and make Him our Lord and Saviour.
